The flagship product, the #806 Ink, is ideal for vulcanization transfer printing on rubber items like basketballs and tires, as well as various fabrics. Its unique feature allows for printing the ink onto 12μm PET film, which is then applied to uncured rubber. During the vulcanization process, at temperatures of 140-170°C for 7-30 minutes (depending on product requirements and raw rubber materials), the image is perfectly transferred onto the rubber. This ink series boasts non-toxic properties, low odor, high elasticity, heat resistance without discoloration, and excellent printability, ensuring transferred products have outstanding quality and durability.
