Sublimation transfer

Sublimation transfer series inks are specially designed for polyester, nylon, and other materials, providing excellent transfer performance. This series includes SMD-ST (screen printing) and SMD-OT (offset printing) models to meet different printing needs. Our ink is unique in that it is printed on regular paper using screen or offset printing, and then the paper is placed on the object to be transferred. Apply appropriate pressure (2~4kg) and temperature (200°C), and the transfer can be completed in about 18 seconds. During the process, the dye directly transforms from solid to gas and then back to solid, ensuring vibrant colors, excellent color fastness, washability, and non-fading after transfer. In addition, sublimation transfer technology maintains the elasticity and breathability of the fabric, overcoming the shortcomings of traditional screen printing inks. It is very suitable for sportswear and T-shirts that require good perspiration function and comfortable hand feeling.
